I'm pretty sure everyone has been dying to know why I haven't posted a blog in forever....well the truth is I've been LAZY! don't worry I've checked everyone Else's blogs but then I get to exhausted to do my own. I know Lame.....let's see since the last blog I wrote I'm sure I've had to of done a couple of exciting things.
Back in September as you all know I went to the Beyonce concert with my sister and good friend Sosa...and that was too much fun! Then I went back to Vegas a few weeks later and went to "Cross Vegas" it's a huge cycle cross race that my husband was in which is always fun to watch. We also went to the interbike trade show. FUN FUN!! not so much but for my husband it was heaven. Which makes me happy.
Let's see what else....I've been working a little bit which is a whole different blog cause I could go for days about how I babysit adults. I did host a "Girls night Out" a couple of weeks ago. Which turned out super fun! our night consisted of eating sushi, drinking cocktails (way too many cocktails!) and dancing! Girls night out is a definite must! for those that never do it. I'm going to throw another night which will be dinner and a haunted house. I'm scared just thinking about it actually (I'm a big wuss when it comes to scary stuff but I'm gonna do it!)
I'm also starting my own wedding planning business. I know crazy huh! I've already got two clients one that is getting married next June and one that is actually getting married in January. So I'm sure that will be keeping me busy. I'm also looking for some names for my business. So let me know if you have any ideas. I also have a partner named Missy that is going to be helping me out. Just in case you wanted to incorporate our names in the title.
Oh and my 1st year anniversary is coming up on Sunday the 14Th I've been married a year! time flies...I think we are going to do a spa day up at Snowbird and go to some fancy dinner. I'm definitely looking forward for that.
And last but not least my friend wants to give me a Brazilian wax tomorrow. I'm not sure what to think about that but I told her I would do it only if we can drink wine before any of this waxing begins. I don't care what any of you think! I know it's going to hurt!!
So that pretty much sums it up....oh wait I need to give everyone a recipe for these amazing pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that I made yesterday it's super easy and they are soooo yummy!! and there is only 4 ingredients.
- One box of Spice Cake mix
- One can of pumpkin filling ( I don't remember the ounces but it's the bigger can)
- Chocolate Chips (As many as you desire)
- Cinnamon Chips (As many as you like)
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 min
- Try not to eat them all because you will!

FINALLY JOANNA! I have been waiting. I bet you don't get any comments because everyone got sick of looking at NOTHING new on your page so they quit looking (that's what usually happens to me). But I don't care. I think you're crazy for doing a brazilian wax and I expect a new post just on how painful it was. Wine I am sure won't help either more like oxycontin maybe. haha. I almost gave up on you! I'm glad your back to it. Thats so cool you went to interbike..that is brads FAVORITE time of the year..I won't go near it cuz I know I'd be forgotten! Brad's doing 24 hours of Moab this weekend and I'm their teams designated cook (loads of fun). I love those yummy pumpkin cookies..once you make them you'll want to buy them from the store again.

As for the cookies, my belly is already sensing the holidays as it is beginning to bulge over the jeans a bit! YIKES!! My husband will love me for making them!

Joanna come on it's been a month since your last post. Thanks so the comments of the costumes and no way could I have made those. Anyway, we were coming up this weekend. But ended up only coming up on Saturday night and then turned around and left on Sunday! So sorry!!! But I will catch you next time. Are you coming for Thanksgiving? Love ya-Miss ya!
